Medical Malpractice Policy
Corporate Peace
This is a corporate liability policy for acts of alleged medical malpractice. The main objective of this coverage is to defend the corporation against the entity's vicarious liability for acts, errors and omissions involving medical incidents caused by the personnel who provide health care services through the corporation. Like our individual policies, the limit options range from $100,000 per incident / annual aggregate of $300,000 to $1,000,000 per incident / annual aggregate of $3,000,000.
